TRU-FRAME INSULATED GREENHOUSE WINDOWS

Insulated Double-Pane Assembled Greenhouse Windows and Window Kits

 

Tru-Frame insulated greenhouse windows are architecturally superior.  There are four lines of greenhouse windows including:

  • Tru-Frame assembled complete vinyl greenhouse windows - 2' 6" x 2' 6" to 6' 0" x 5' 0".  Enjoy an unobstructed view with these durable, energy efficient, maintenance free greenhouse windows, which include fully extruded vinyl frames in white and almond.  Custom color frames are also available.  One fully adjustable, tempered glass shelf is standard.  Additional shelves available.  Each greenhouse window includes two single-hung, screened vents.  These greenhouse windows are designed for easy, flush exterior mounting. 

  • Tru-Frame assembled complete aluminum greenhouse windows - 8' 0" x 3' 0" to 8' 0" x 5' 0".  These larger, durable, energy efficient, maintenance free greenhouse windows include aluminum frames in white, bronze and desert sand.  Custom color frames are also available.  One fully adjustable, tempered glass shelf is standard.  Additional shelves available.  Each greenhouse window includes two single-hung, screened vents.  All aluminum greenhouse windows have one center mullion.  These greenhouse windows are designed for easy, flush exterior mounting. 

  • Tru-Frame knocked down vinyl greenhouse window kits - 2' 6" x 2' 6" to 6' 0" x 5' 0".  These economical, durable, energy efficient, maintenance free greenhouse windows are the same design as the assembled complete vinyl greenhouse windows described above.  However, these kits include one fully adjustable, aluminum mesh shelf and all glass is supplied by the customer.  Assembly is required and generally takes two people 1-2 hours.  These greenhouse windows include two single-hung, screened vents and fully extruded vinyl frames in white and almond.  These greenhouse windows are designed for easy, flush exterior mounting. 

  • Tru-Frame retrofit vinyl assembled complete greenhouse windows - 2' 0" x 2' 6" to 6' 0" x 5' 0".  Retrofit vinyl greenhouse windows are designed to fit an exact window opening.   Enjoy an unobstructed view with these durable, energy efficient, maintenance free greenhouse windows, which include fully extruded vinyl frames in white and tan.  Custom color frames are also available.  One fully adjustable, tempered glass shelf is standard.  Additional shelves available.  Each greenhouse window includes two single-hung, screened vents. 

Glass Glazing

Low-E2 Insulated Glass provided for the top lite reduces heat transmission and ultraviolet rays, making Tru-Frame complete assembled greenhouse windows more energy efficient.  Standard glass is single strength.  Double strength and tempered glass is available. 

Ventilation

Two easy-opening, single-hung, screened side vents give you added temperature control, and the vents' self-locking latches keep them securely closed.

Shelving

Each Tru-Frame greenhouse window contains a fully insulated 3/4" bottom tray.  The bottom tray is 16" deep, great for wider plant bases.  Additionally, the windows include one standard tempered glass or aluminum mesh shelf (see above for details).  Additional shelves are available.

Shipping and Freight Zones

Delivery time from order placement until delivery is approximately 3 weeks. 

Prices include delivery freight within designated Freight Zone 1, 2 or 3 to any location considered a direct delivery point by delivering truck line.  Locations that are not direct delivery points or are considered remote areas by the delivering truck line are subject to an additional transportation fee.

 

 

Retrofit Greenhouse Window

The retrofit greenhouse window is installed like a traditional block frame unit.  There is no stucco tear out to deal with.  The unit also comes with an interior trim kit that requires being cut to size.  The retrofit greenhouse window can only be ordered by opening width and height.  Please see the following illustrations for dimension clarification.

The basic dimension for this unit is rough opening.  The window can be built to a specific rough opening, finish opening dimension, or greenhouse inside dimension.  Please see the following illustrations for dimension clarification.
