WOOD LATH SHADE

 

Wood Lath Shade

Wood lath bench tops are made of specially selected Grade "A" or better lath 1½" wide - with about 1¼" space between pickets (55% closed area and 45% open space). The 4' wide material is woven between five two-wire cables of galvanized wire. The 6' wide is woven between seven two-wire cables. These pickets are available natural or pressure treated.  The natural or pressure treated may also be dipped in red oxide weather resistant stain at no extra charge.

Do not confuse this material with wood lath snow/sand fence, which has a much larger 2 1/4" space between pickets and is made of aspen.
